Q. Do accept credit cards?

A. Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

Q. How soon can you go out and inspect the houses?

A. All inspections are made by appointment based on availability.

Q. How long will it take after the inspection for me to get the report?

A. The report is typically sent between 24 to 48 hours after the inspection.

Q. Do your reports contain images?

A. Yes, all of our reports contain images. We include images of defects found and general images of the property.

Q. Are you licensed and insured?

A. Yes, as a home inspector for the State of Ohio we are required to be licensed and insured.

Q. Where does most of your business come from?

A. Most of our business comes from referrals from realtors. Our web and Facebook presence along with referrals from previous clients contribute as well.

Q. What tools/equipment do you use?

A. We use the most advanced equipment in the industry including an FAA registered drone for roof inspections.

Q. How long will the inspection take?

A. On average, an inspection will take approximately 3 hours. This can vary depending on the size of the home, age, and condition.

Q. Are you ok with me meeting you there during the inspections?

A. Yes, in fact we encourage the clients to be present to answer questions about the inspection.

Q. Do you email the report?

A. Yes, our reports are sent in 2 different formats. PDF and HTML.

Q. Do you work weekends?

A. Yes, we understand that property transactions and contracts are a time sensitive matter and we want to ensure that you have all the information available to you so you can make an Informed decision on one of the biggest purchases you will probably make.

Q. Is there anything I should do on my end prior to the inspection taking place to ensure it can be completed properly?

A. Yes, prior to any inspection, we must have approval from the current owners and realtors, if you are using one, such as obtaining lock box codes.
